Winning Technologies Charities is committed to finding ways to serve the underprivileged youth of our community through programs such as Computers for Kids, mentoring opportunities and educational programs.

Goals:

Winning Technologies Charities Computer for Kids program focuses on providing under privileged youths with computer resources of their own, along with providing computer training to increase their understanding of computer hardware and software. The primary focus is to provide kids who would normally not have financial resources an opportunity to have and learn on a computer of their own as well as to open up opportunities for further training by providing the basic understanding of the electronic world we live in.

Winning Technologies Mentoring Programs are focused on providing under-privileged youth with someone who can mentor them as a friend through the trials and tribulations of growing up. Winning Technologies Charities works with other programs such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Boy Scouts of America to provide mentoring opportunities to all our employees.

Computers for Kids

Winning Technologies Charities works with corporate sponsors who will donate old computer systems and peripheral equipment such as printers. Winning Technologies Charities will refurbish the old equipment and reload software and working with partners such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, return this equipment to youth within the community of the donating sponsor.

Our goals have several benefits, one it relieves the donating corporate sponsor the burden of properly disposing of old computer equipment. Two, it allows this equipment to be put into the hands of our youth to help them perform better in school and become better citizens.

Winning Technologies Charities will also provide specialized training classes to assist youth in advancing their technical understanding of computer hardware and software through a series of instructor lead classes.

Winning Technologies Mentoring Programs

Winning Technologies Charities strongly encourages all our employees to get involved in mentoring programs such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters or Boy Scouts of America. Scott Lewis, President and CEO of Winning Technologies Charities, has personal experience and is an example of the power that a strong mentor can have on our youth.
